Uplift Critical Minerals Intelligence

An evidence workspace for critical minerals.

CMI brings public geological, geochemical and drilling records into one map, keeps every value tied to its source, and shows plainly what is known and what is missing. It supports exploration screening and field planning without inventing certainty.

AI coordinates. Experts decide.

Why it is built this way

Evidence you can check, not a black box score.

Observations, not predictions

CMI separates what was measured or reported from anything modeled. It does not publish prospectivity scores, confidence intervals or claimed discoveries.

Every value traced

Each record links back to the dataset and record it came from, so a reviewer can open the original and judge it for themselves.

Gaps shown, not filled

Missing grades, logs or locations are labeled Not available. Stratigraphic columns appear only where real borehole data supports them.

Pilots

Started where the geology is understood.

Each pilot is tied to a defined region, a real screening question and a known set of public records.

01 · Flagship v0.1 in build

Virginia Atlantic Coastal Plain

Heavy mineral sands · Ti, Zr and Hf, REE

Organizes occurrence records, coastal plain stratigraphy and borehole evidence for heavy mineral sand screening. Shaped by the founder's work supporting USGS Earth MRI critical mineral mapping across the Atlantic Coastal Plain.

02 · Integrated pilot v0.1 in build

Iron Range, northeast Minnesota

Duluth Complex · Cu, Ni, Co, PGM

Brings mineral occurrence and geological survey records onto a common grid with host lithology classification, alongside Uplift Water Intelligence context for the same ground.

Method

From scattered records to a reviewable workspace.

  1. 01GatherPull documented public and partner records: occurrences, survey maps, geochemistry, drilling logs.
  2. 02HarmonizeClean units, names and coordinates, then place every record on one spatial grid in PostGIS.
  3. 03LinkConnect evidence by host lithology, stratigraphy and setting, using AI to organize, never to decide.
  4. 04FlagSurface gaps, conflicts between sources and weak records instead of smoothing them over.
  5. 05Expert reviewA qualified geologist interprets the evidence and sets the next field or drilling step.

Field Evidence

From a photo to a lab result, every claim shows how far it has been verified.

Submit a photo or reading of a rock, sample or site. A photo alone cannot prove a mineral or its grade, so each record carries its tier and is checked against the map.

Tier 1Photo checkLocation, time, scale and image comparison confirm the photo is genuine and from where it claims.
Tier 2AI visual suggestionColor, texture and crystal form suggest possible minerals, always labeled visual only.
Tier 3Instrument readingHandheld XRF and field spectra, matched to reference libraries, identify elements and minerals.
Tier 4Lab assayA certified lab with chain of custody gives grade and composition, the tier buyers rely on.

Data sources

Open records first.

Pilots start from public, documented datasets so anyone can verify the starting point. Partner and proprietary data can be added under agreement and kept separate.

Who it serves

For people who have to defend the next decision.

Exploration teamsScreen ground and prioritize field work with the source behind every point.
Geological surveys and agenciesBring legacy records into one consistent, reviewable workspace.
Investors and analystsSee what the public record actually supports during due diligence.
ResearchersWork from harmonized, traceable data instead of rebuilding it each time.

Bring us a region and a question.

We will show you what the public evidence holds, where it is thin, and what a pilot would add.
